How it works
Documents, step by step.
Templates the firm owns.
Your wording, your layout, your letterhead, managed in one place. No more six slightly different Word files on six desktops. When the wording has to change, it changes once.
Filled from the record, not retyped.
The client details, the policy details and the dates come out of the record. Retyping is where the version that goes out stops matching the version on file, and that is the discrepancy nobody finds until it matters.
Produced as a PDF, logged against the file.
The output is a PDF, and the fact that it was produced is recorded against the client. What went out, when, and generated from which template.
Works with
The same client record, handed to the next capability.
Firm-controlled document templates filled from the client record and produced as PDFs, logged against the file.
Statutory renewal and notice deadlines resolved to a date, counted backwards, and drafted early for a broker to approve.
A form builder for any product line, PDF and Word proposal forms turned into live forms, hosted white-label with branded auto-replies.
Customer, insurer and assessor threads on the same claim gathered into one matter, across whichever channel each party uses.
Questions
Documents, in detail.
- Can I use my own document templates?
- Yes. Templates are managed by the brokerage with your own wording and layout, held in one place, so a change is made once and not in every copy on every desktop.
- Where does the information in a generated document come from?
- From the client record, so the document reflects what is on file and not what somebody retyped at four o’clock on a Friday. That is what keeps the copy sent to the client and the copy retained by the brokerage in agreement.
- Is there a record of what was generated?
- Yes. Generation is recorded against the client file with the template used and the date, so the brokerage can show what went out and when.
