Stay ahead of renewals and open work
LiveCounts back from the deadline, not from memory.
A renewal is a regulated deadline with a notice period attached. Aoibhe resolves the obligation to a date, counts back the statutory window, and has the notice drafted and waiting before it falls due.

How it works
Renewals, step by step.
The date logic is data, not folklore.
The notice period sits in the system as a rule with a market attached. It does not sit in somebody’s head. The Irish default counts back twenty working days from the renewal date. When a rule changes, the rule changes, and every deadline already in flight moves with it.
Obligations that chain.
One obligation creates the next. A renewal date produces a notice deadline; the notice produces its own follow-up window. The chain resolves on its own, so the second and third steps are not left depending on whoever remembered the first.
Drafted early, approved by you.
The notice is written and waiting ahead of the deadline. A broker reads it, changes what needs changing and approves it. Nothing reaches a client because a timer expired and nobody was looking.
Consent decides who hears from you.
A client who has opted out of a channel is not contacted on it. Consent is held per client and per channel and is checked before anything goes out. A regulator asking you to evidence consent is asking for exactly that check.
Works with
The same client record, handed to the next capability.
Statutory renewal and notice deadlines resolved to a date, counted backwards, and drafted early for a broker to approve.
A sweep across every channel every six hours, or on demand, that surfaces conversations which have gone quiet in either direction.
A daily read across the whole book surfacing cross-sell gaps, dormant clients, insurer concentration and renewals worth a call.
Firm-controlled document templates filled from the client record and produced as PDFs, logged against the file.
Questions
Renewals, in detail.
- Does Aoibhe send renewal notices automatically?
- Only if a brokerage explicitly turns it on. Automatic sending is off by default and has to be enabled for each type of notice, on top of a brokerage-level attestation and a check that the client has consented on that channel. If any of those is missing the notice becomes a broker task instead of going out.
- How far in advance is a renewal notice prepared?
- The system counts backwards from the renewal date by the statutory notice period for the market. In Ireland that is twenty working days before renewal, so the draft exists well before the deadline, not on the day.
- Which channels are renewal notices sent on?
- Email and WhatsApp, on whichever the client has consented to. Delivery is recorded against the client file so there is evidence of what was sent, on what date, through which medium.
- What happens if a client has opted out?
- They are not messaged on that channel. The deadline still appears on the brokerage’s worklist so a broker can reach them another way, which means an opt-out never silently becomes a missed obligation.
